Alastair Campbell once said "We don't do God." Blair apparently doesn't want to make an issue of his faith, yet he parades himself during an election campaign at Faithworks, a very modern, technocratic, New Christian event, pronouncing that "I don't want to be an American politician going around beating my chest... politicians and religions have a lot in common, there are core issues, but if it ends up being used in the political process ..."
